Ms. Tran Thi Ngan Ha Partner

After graduating from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2007, Ms. Ngan Ha joined Le Nguyen and has been in charge of Client Services. For almost 15 working years at Le Nguyen, Ms. Ha is responsible for administrating the office, co-ordinating the assignments of attorneys and servicing clients. She attended the lawyer training course at the Judicial Institute and obtained her practicing certificate in 2011.

Currently, Ms. Ngan Ha is our Partner – Head of Client Services and handles the firm’s service contracts. In addition, Ms. Ngan Ha directly acts in disputes to protect the rights and interests of clients in Criminal Law, Marriage and Family Law and Estate Laws. She also advise clients on specific issues in Vietnamese laws, especially Law on Enterprise, Commercial Law, Law on Investment, Land Law, Law on Housing, Law on Real Estate Business and Criminal Code.

Marking milestones over the past few years, Ms. Ngan Ha has actively and efficiently participated in advising on and participating in proceedings in several criminal cases during the stage of investigation, prosecution, adjudication, in the first-instance trial as well as appellate trial at competent courts. Her agile skills in handling criminal and marriage–family cases at proceeding authorities has earned her increasing trust and appreciation from our clients.

With her substantial experience and expertise, Ms. Ngan Ha is active in community activities, including legal education and promotion and interviews with media outlets such as Ho Chi Minh City Television Station, FBNC Financial Channel; Tuoi Tre Newspaper, and Agriculture Newspaper as a consultant on legal issues.
